SAF plummer block housing part number consist of 5 parts. Take SAF22517K11-1/2 for example, First part  SAF means two or four bolt pillow block, cast iron. Second part “22” means its bearing is 222xx or 223xx spherical roller bearing. The third part “517” indicate the housing’s size. “k” indicates on adapter type mouting arrangement for 000k series, and the “11-1/2” indicates the shaft size.
